About
A specialist platform focused on distressed credit in Morocco.
The firm is being built around one objective: improve the quality of investment decisions in Moroccan distressed credit.
We focus on underwriting, portfolio analysis and post-acquisition monitoring, with particular attention to the variables that drive actual cash recovery.
The long-term objective is to build a specialist investment platform in Moroccan distressed credit and special situations.
What the firm does today
We work on assignment for investors and financial institutions. Two workstreams: pricing a portfolio before acquisition, and monitoring recoveries against underwriting after it. We do not manage third-party capital, do not invest as principal and do not hold client money.
Where it is going
The intention is to move from advising on transactions to participating in them, through investment vehicles established under the applicable Moroccan regulatory framework. Any such step would require authorisation and would be stated here explicitly. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer or as a description of a fund.
Basis of work
Independence
We are not remunerated by servicers, brokers, valuers or law firms, and we take no fee from the counterparty on the other side of a transaction we are working on.
Confidentiality
Loan tapes, data rooms and borrower information are handled under confidentiality undertakings and kept in access-controlled systems for the duration agreed.
Conflicts
Where we are already engaged on a portfolio, we do not act for a competing bidder on the same process. Conflicts are checked and disclosed before an assignment is accepted.
Stated assumptions
Every figure in a model traces to a stated assumption and a source. Where a number is an estimate, it is labelled as one and the range is shown.
Enquiries
Portfolio, transaction and monitoring enquiries can be sent directly, or through the contact form.
